Canonical Link Element From Google

{{chris}} Google announced the Canonical Link Element tag and Ask! is supporting it too.
To help webmasters deal with duplicate content within their own site Google has developed a canonical link element. The new element allows webmasters to tell Google which version of a page of content is the master page. Google can then easily ignore the others.

Nice post..The Canonical Link element tag is really useful because it support for a new link element to clean up duplicate urls on sites. The syntax is pretty simple…That means all the major search engines will be supporting this tag, which is great news for site owners, developers, and webmasters…Great tag!!!Keep posting!!!
